My coaching philosophy is based on body awareness and connection. By syncing with your body you activate your muscles optimally, you burn more calories and fat, and you strengthen your second nature in understanding your unique body beyond generalizations. Most importantly, you get to enjoy every second of your training, and build a new relationship with your body that will reflect outside the class as well.

Self-body relationship

Gratitude and love for our bodies is our starting point, not our destination. Training is not your body's punishment, it is the reward. Make no mistake, this includes tough love as well! Loving our bodies begins with getting closer to it. Get to know more about your own unique body. Get introduced to your hyper muscles, the lazy ones, the bullies, party poopers and many more. Learn the art of listening to your body's signals and messages, when to push and when to simply obey. 

Training Style

Through my Conscious Transformation principle, all classes include an element of mindfulness with a focus on breathing and body connection by engaging the mind for optimal neuromuscular adaptations. The program itself is based on the MRT strategy (Metabolic Resistance Training). My programs are a hybrid combination of all main training types (cardio, strength, power, agility, stability & flexibility training) carefully designed for a full spectrum of workout benefits for you and your body. Equipment used in sessions are basic (free weights & resistance bands), and every workout offers modifications for different levels of fitness.

My Story

Through my own journey, my relationship with "the gym" actually started as an escape from life. Past forward years later, I found myself leaving my big corporate position and a twenty-year career in the branding & advertising world to dedicate my life to coaching women and inspiring a healthy relationship with the miracle that is our body.

Approach training with a beginner's mind, even if you're an expert. Every workout is chance to learn something new about your body and feel a new sensation. Think of your training session as a date! Get romantic, get crazy and wild, leave your phone, truly "listen" and enjoy loving your body.
